♏ Scorpio & ♓ Pisces Compatibility
Water sign meets Water sign · Compatibility score: 90/100
In love
Scorpio is emotional, intuitive and deeply feeling, while Pisces is emotional, intuitive and deeply feeling. Scorpio and Pisces share the Water element, so you naturally speak the same emotional and behavioral language. In love, this means Scorpio brings emotional energy to the relationship while Pisces offers emotional energy. The differing modalities (Fixed and Mutable) tend to balance each other: one partner initiates or sustains while the other adapts, which keeps the relationship dynamic rather than stagnant.
In friendship
As friends, Scorpio (steady and determined, resistant to being rushed) and Pisces (adaptable and flexible, comfortable going with the flow) can be a great match for balance: Scorpio brings intuitive and deeply feeling, and Pisces brings intuitive and deeply feeling. Shared elemental energy keeps the friendship interesting over time.
At work
At work, Scorpio (ruled by Mars (with modern co-ruler Pluto)) and Pisces (ruled by Jupiter (with modern co-ruler Neptune)) bring complementary strengths when roles are clear. The Fixed/Mutable combination naturally divides labor well: one of you is better at starting or sustaining projects, the other at adjusting the plan as it unfolds.
Challenges to watch for
The biggest friction point between Scorpio and Pisces usually comes from too much sameness — competing for the same role instead of dividing it. Awareness of this pattern is most of the solution.
Tips for making it work
Lead with what you both do well: Scorpio's emotional paired with Pisces's emotional can be a real strength when you name it out loud. Check in regularly, especially around pace — one of you may move faster than the other, and remember that compatibility is built through communication far more than it's decided by the stars alone.
