Short answer: Add the digits of your full birth date and reduce to a single digit, keeping master numbers 11, 22 and 33. Example: 14 March 1990 → 5 + 3 + 1 = 9.
Reduce day, month and year separately first (14 → 5, 3, 1990 → 19 → 10 → 1), then add them.
